Modifications
A parenting plan written when your child was four doesn't necessarily work when they're twelve. Schools change. Schedules change. Children develop their own preferences and needs.
Rather than filing for a court modification — which requires proving a material change in circumstances and can take months — parents can return to mediation and update their agreement by mutual consent. The updated plan is then submitted to the court for approval.
This is faster, far less expensive, and keeps both parents in control of the outcome rather than handing that control to a judge.

Parenting plan sessions are priced separately from full divorce or custody mediation. Most plans are completed in a single half-day session. Overtime is billed at $75 per party per hour if needed.
